ABOUT MATT LENZ

Matt Lenz is an engineer with a BS degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Fluid Power Specialist. He has more than thirty years of experience in design, engineering and fabrication and is the owner of Lenz Innovation & Industrial Company, a business serving Entertainment, Theme Park and Industrial markets.  He has produced successful equipment and systems for all of the theme parks in Central Florida as well as for clients around the world.

Some Notable Projects completed:

• Huge animated Monster for Walt Disney World.
• Fantasmic, the nightly live illusion show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
• Phuket FantaSea Show, using the world’s largest electrically operated stage lifts.
• The Olympic Flame for the Opening Ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy.

Matt decided to commit to writing novels while continuing his engineering and working career. Writing fiction novels has always been his dream, ever since grade school, where he had success in writing weekly essays.

He completed a full course of work through classes at www.jerryjenkins.com with help and mentoring by Jerry himself along with his assigned mentor, DiAnne Mills, a prolific fiction author.
